Persona Development
Through Engine Digital I led a digital experience road-mapping project that included the creation of four new, behaviour-based personas. These were the output of a research phase that included analysis of site analytics, a rider survey, interviews with survey participants, and a mobile app-based ethnographic study.
Customer Journey Mapping
Another output was a series of persona- specific customer journey maps. Incorporating research data and inputs from a client workshop I facilitated, these maps detailed different phases of the customer journey, the level of brand engagement, pain-points encountered, and potential design opportunities. These opportunities formed the basis of the recommendations outlined in the final digital experience roadmap.
